Shipping Policy
Normal Shipping
We ship within 2-3 days once order is placed. We use delhivery,Ekart DTDC Bluedart Services. Estimated time for delivery is 4-6 working days once order is shipped. If it’s taking it beyond that please contact us. However if you ask for future delivery/postpone the delivery we can’t promise to get it delivered. There is a chance the order might get returned in that case.
Express Shipping
You can opt for express shipping if it’s urgent. We use DTDC for express shipping. Estimated days are 1-2 days if it’s a metro city, 2-3 days if it’s non metro.
We will need one day for processing the express order. For example, if you place an order on Monday, we will dispatch it on Tuesday. However, if you place an order on Friday, we can only dispatch it on Monday. Express shipping is not possible on weekends and on national holidays
Open Delivery is not available. It’s a restriction from courier service. But if you receive damaged or wrong product we offer replacement or refund if replacement is not possible.
